 Grupo Tunich is a group of companies, that together offer outstanding one stop solution services in engineering, construction, & property management.

 

Our Journey starts back in October 2006, when Extreme Comfort started doing business as a Mechanical Engineering Contractor. Specialized in HVAC, Fire Suppression, & Commercial kitchen hood systems. In 2008 the economy forced companies to cut back on line personnel, opening up a business opportunity for us in the property management field. We started training our in house employees in different trade skill jobs, and started to outsource maintenance personnel as part of our services, which helped companies reduce operational costs, while still having a highly qualified maintenance personnel on site, as needed. In 2009 we partnered up with MACB Construction Company, to further offer our customer’s solid solutions. 

 

In 2014 Insight Solutions was created to offer our customers, building integrated sound, video, network, security, & renewable energy systems. As power bills increased, our customers started asking us for help, so we started offering energy management services, along with smart lighting and Automation services under Intelligent Engineering a Company we opened at the beginning of 2017.

 

 

In 2018 we started working with PAIC, to offer our customers better pricing on their electrical supply needs, & services.
